Day 1: Bucharest – Mamaia

Today, we explore the old Tomis ( now known as Constanța). The port city has one of the largest and most beautiful mosaics in the world. In the former Agora we see Ovid on his stone pedestal. Ovid was a Roman poet best known for his works ‘The Art of Love’ and the ‘Metamorphoses’. A short drive takes us to Histria (formerly known as Istros). This city was founded in the 7^th century BC by the Greeks and its ruins are still visible today. In the evening, we reach Mamaia. Dinner and overnight stay in Mamaia.

Day 2: Mamaia

Enjoy a memorable day at the beach in Mamaia. On the Black Sea coast, we can find beautiful beaches, quiet bays, and romantic places. Dinner and overnight stay in Mamaia.

Day 3: Mamaia – Bucharest

Before noon, we relax on the beach. Then, we have lunch in Murfatlar. The vineyards in this region are renowned in Romania and the wine tasting is not to be missed. In the evening, we drive back to Bucharest.
